DEPOSITS and T&Cs
The Christmas period is a particularly busy time for us, as a result there are some bookings where we will require a non-refundable deposit to be paid and/or a pre-order to be placed. Please look out for this information when placing your booking or get in touch if you have any queries.
We know this year presents alot of uncertainty- so to help you to make your festive plans with peace of mind we have introduced a Christmas promise. We promise to refund 100% of all deposits for any bookings up to Christmas Eve - just let us know 48hrs before if you do need to cancel and we will do the rest! Plus, we’ve extended our pre-payment date for Christmas Day bookings to 11th December to give you extra time to finalise your plans with your nearest and dearest.
All bookings remain provisional at the current time and cannot be confirmed fully until the UK Government provides updated guidance. Once this is the case we will contact you to confirm the details of your booking. Your deposit will remain safe and in the unfortunate event that your booking cannot proceed, we will refund your deposit in full, using the original method of payment.
